The following items will be necessary to complete your loan
so make sure you have them available when applying for a home
loan:
If applicable the final purchase agreement for
your house.
Evidence of your Las Vegas mortgage payment or Las Vegas
rental payment, such as a canceled check.
Debt information i.e. credit card and loan account numbers
and names of the creditors.
All Bank account information with statements of the last
2 months.
Each person on the applications must have their pay stubs,
with year-to-date earnings and last 30 days. These must be
typed originals that have the employer and employee’s
information on them.
Each applicant needs last year’s W2 and 1099. Your
personal and business tax returns for the previous two years
and year-to-date profit and loss statement will be needed
if you are self-employed.
If a relative is giving you a monetary gift then an irrevocable
gift letter is needed.
